Moments of Inertia 2024
Moments of Inertia is a Progressive Power Acoustic, Metal, Guitar Duo from Central Ohio. This project has been together since April 2004 with their recent album release “Ekklesia”. Moments of Inertia is back! Their new album “Shunning Evil” was released on April 15, 2005. This album for sure is Moments of Inertia’s best work! If you like Pat Matheny, Eric Johnson, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Dream Theater, Queensryche, Fates Warning, Rush, Al DiMeola, Ronnie Le Tekro, Neal Schon, John Petrucci, Yngwie Malmsteen, Vivian Campbell, George Lynch amongst the few influential guitarists from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s, then be sure to pick up the latest copy of “Shunning Evil”.

“You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.”

Matthew 5:14-16

Whilst instrumental guitar music is a fairly acquired taste, for those that enjoy Satriani, Vai et al, this is a real feast, with delicate riffs, consuming tunes and complicated guitar solos. Moments of Inertia are a group that play thought-provoking and challenging, sometimes bizarre music.
